Terms of Service

1. The service

ApnaBhatta is software-as-a-service for managing brick-kiln operations. We provide it on a subscription basis to the organisation that signs up (“Customer”). The person accepting these terms confirms they are authorised to bind the Customer.

2. Trial, plans and payment

• New organisations get a 30-day free trial. Plans, limits and prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice.
• Fees are billed in advance (monthly or yearly) in Indian Rupees plus GST, through Razorpay. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades apply from the next period.
• If payment is not received by the period end, a 3-day grace period applies, after which the account becomes read-only until payment. Data is not deleted for non-payment.

3. Customer data

The Customer owns all data it enters. We process it only to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy. The Customer is responsible for the lawfulness of the data it enters about its workers, customers and suppliers, and for obtaining any consents required.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, no attempts to access other organisations’ data, no reverse engineering, no load testing without permission.
• API keys and logins must be kept confidential; the Customer is responsible for actions taken with them.

5. Accuracy

Reports, GST summaries and AI answers are computed from the data entered. They do not replace professional accounting or tax advice. The Customer remains responsible for its statutory filings.

6. Availability and support

We target 99.9% monthly availability excluding planned maintenance announced in advance. The mobile app keeps working offline during outages. Support is by WhatsApp, phone and in-app tickets; premium support plans have faster response targets.

7. Termination

The Customer may cancel anytime; the subscription runs to the end of the paid period. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 15 days. After termination the Customer can export its data; deletion follows the retention described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the Customer in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
