Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial, so you can evaluate before paying.
• First payment: cancel within 7 days of your first paid invoice for a full refund.
• Monthly plans: cancel anytime; the plan stays active until the end of the paid month. No partial-month refunds.
• Annual plans: cancel anytime; unused full months are refunded, less any discount received for paying annually.
• One-time services (data migration, custom reports) are refundable only if work has not started.
• Refunds go to the original payment method through Razorpay within 7–10 working days of approval.
